Sherri Clark love all the songs but Tommy"s guitar at the end is amazing. Not one for extended giutar solos in general but this is special. Can't wait to hear the live version from the reunion show because it was epic! Favorite track: Santa Fe.

Amy Jo Georgi Wordsmithing of the very best kind, and an epic mind blow experience of hearing a guitar, speak its mind, right in yer face. You can see the movie of it all, play out in your mind, as you listen. Today, this is my fave. Favorite track: Santa Fe.

Joe Vivo Piss Me Out announces the return of the Something Brothers and it sounds as fresh as "Bucket Brigade" did when I first heard it so very long ago. They've never had a 'style' or been a band that is easy to categorize. You just buckle up and enjoy the ride. Here's hoping this is a new beginning. In the meantime, just shut up and buy this, play it loud and play it for friends.

Santa Fe 06:05

about

After laying dormant & broken for almost 25 years, The Something Brothers (minus co-frontman Dean Carlson who opted out and bassist Clay Thompson who had relocated) reunited in 2015 to test the waters recording some new material. 4 or 5 songs were written & recorded but, not satisfied with how the material was shaping up, (save for the track “Santa Fe”) the band decided they wanted to go in a different direction and scrapped the project, went back to the drawing board and began writing what would become 2018’s critically acclaimed comeback album “Apollo”.
The only survivor of those first sessions, Santa Fe is now available as a single.
